I want to let you know that I am open to discussing a plan to give
this area back to nature by providing irrigation and plant life to the
area.

The gate security guard will remain for sometime, (beyond first of
year), and pedestrians will not be allowed to enter at least through
the end of year.

That will give us December to plan this out and re-evaluate the picnic benches.
