Human dressed in a life size cactus outfit was observed urinating on the historic stairs in the Hollywoodland residential section, adjacent to HGP.  “I thought cactus were supposed to be able to hold water.” quote from a Beachwood property owner. HGP thinks this is an awful Halloween TRICK!
