Negative Impacts to Hollywoodland

I would urge everyone concerned with Hollywoodland Parkland’s
negative impacts to Hollywoodland to join together.
These significant negative impacts have been created to a
large extent by Tom LaBonge’s direct actions.

The problems on Beachwood Drive, Deronda Drive, and the
Mulholland Hwy/Lake Hollywood intersection are all inter-related,
and directly caused by the promotion of the Hollywood Sign as an
international tourist destination. if you mitigate one of these
locations alone, it will only increase the impacts on the other
“hotspots”.

There are simple cost effective solutions, but you will have to
get a new Councilperson in office who is sympathetic to the
neighborhood’s problems. You will never win La Bonge over, and whatever he
agrees to will just be smoke and mirrors. Anyone who is or was
associated with Tom’s office MUST NOT BE ELECTED.
Is there a candidate out there who would take up our cause??
